About the Role
Intelycx is scaling its smart manufacturing and AI platform globally and is selectively building a small group of senior, independent Sales Partners. This is not a classical sales role and not an employment position.
As a Sales Partner, you will leverage your existing manufacturing leadership network to originate, shape, and support commercial opportunities. You will engage with Plant Managers, Operations Directors, Engineering Leaders, and COOs at eye level, translating manufacturing challenges into data- and AI-driven value creation.
This role is commission-based and designed for experienced professionals who value independence, credibility-driven selling, and long-term partnerships.
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial software, automation, or operational excellence
- Credibility and access to senior manufacturing leadership
- Strong understanding of shopfloor operations (quality, OEE, yield, multi-site operations)
- Practical understanding of Industry 4.0, data platforms, and AI
- Experience selling complex, value-based solutions
- Comfortable with a commission-only, success-based model
Nice to Haves
- Background as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, or senior industrial software sales
- Independent consultant or advisor experience
- Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or MedTech exposure
- Experience collaborating with technical teams in complex sales cycles
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and qualify opportunities within your manufacturing network
- Position Intelycx at executive and operational leadership level
- Support solution shaping, demos, and proposal development
- Maintain structured deal registration and opportunity updates
- Act as a long-term relationship partner for originated accounts
