About the Role
We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to shape a web application that’s mainly dashboards: data visualization, tables, filters, drill-downs, status views, and “at-a-glance” decision screens.
This is a design-focused role (no coding required). Bonus points if you have web development experience and understand how designs translate into a modern frontend (we use Vue).
What you’ll do
- Design clean, modern dashboard experiences (desktop-first, responsive where needed)
- Turn requirements and workflows into:
- user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- reusable components and page templates
- interaction patterns for filtering, search, sorting, drilldowns, bulk actions, and pagination
- Build and maintain a Figma design system (tokens, components, variants, guidelines)
- Define UI behavior and edge cases (loading/empty/error states, permissions, long data, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate fast and deliver clear handoffs
What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio showing SaaS / dashboard / data-heavy UI work
- Solid UX thinking: information hierarchy, clarity, reducing cognitive load
- Strong UI craft: typography, spacing, component consistency, visual polish
- Comfortable designing for real-world constraints (dense data, power users, complex states)
- Figma expert (auto-layout, components, variants, libraries)
Nice to have (bonus)
- Familiarity with Vue-based product development (what’s easy/hard to implement)
- Experience with data visualization patterns (charts, KPIs, tables, time series)
- Accessibility-minded design (contrast, focus states, keyboard patterns)
What you’ll deliver
- Figma files with a coherent component library and patterns
- Page designs for key flows + variants where needed
- Interaction notes and handoff-ready specs
- State coverage: loading/empty/error/success, permission/role differences where relevant
